Can I customize my order?

Yes - all orders can be customized further, but you must contact me before placing your order. Send me a DM on Instagram (ThistleAndThimbleCo) or fill out the contact form on the "Custom Orders" page.


Do you offer sleeve embroidery?

Not yet, I cannot embroider sleeves at this time. I’m hoping to offer this in the very near future, but for now all embroidery is placed on the body of the garment only.


How long is production time?

All items are made to order and take 7–10 days to produce before shipping or pickup.


Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

Yes - you can choose shipping or local pickup at checkout.

If you select local pickup (SE Calgary), you’ll receive an email when your order is ready along with a booking link to choose your pickup time.


Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

Absolutely. I happily take custom designs and bulk orders. You can reach me through Instagram at ThistleAndThimbleCo or use the contact form on the "Custom Orders" page.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, order changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled or retracted once placed. To request a change, please email me directly.


What size should I order?

Each product listing includes a full sizing guide. All garments are unisex fit, check the chart in the listing to verify measurements.


How do I care for embroidered items?

Embroidery is durable and generally low‑maintenance. For best results:

  • Wash cold

  • Turn inside out

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Avoid ironing directly on the embroidery


What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of my products. If your item arrives defective, you have 7 days to contact me with photos. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor‑free, stain‑free, and undamaged to qualify for a replacement.
