Return Policy
Due to the custom, made‑to‑order nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
To qualify for a replacement:

The item must be unworn

Unwashed
-
Free from odors (including perfume, detergent, smoke, pets, etc.)

Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

In the same condition you received it
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during production are not eligible for replacement.
If approved, I will remake and resend the item at no cost.
